In-line monitoring, stringent quality control regimes & individual identification provides total control. For customers requiring more sophisticated IBC monitoring, we have the capability for RFID control giving the packaging owner total asset tracking.

Environment
Environmental consideration has major influence on our choice of equipment & design of operations to facilitate efficient use of water & effective management of effluent treatment. Careful selection of cleaning materials enables us to operate at virtual zero VOC emissions.
Waste streams are carefully managed to minimise environmental impact & landfill. Our process to deal with end of life containers includes separation of components, plastic shredding & metal compaction ensuring that virtually all waste packaging materials are recycled.
Incoming containers are sorted & controlled under our Waste Management Licensing Conditions held by our operational sites.
We recognise our social responsibility for the local environment by operating our facilities in unison with the needs of our local community.

An established network of transport & logistics enables us to provide a nationwide collection service with often very short notice. All refurbished & new packaging is delivered direct to customers using our own transport fleet
